Button up & sit Tight

 

How to Sew a Flat Button:

Once you have threaded your needle...
 
Insert the needle from the back to the front of the fabric.
Pull the needle and thread all the way through.
Slide the needle through one of the buttonholes.
Slide the button down the thread to meet the fabric.
 
From the front insert needle through the other button hold onto the backside of fabric.
Pull needle and thread all the way through.

Repeat and sew through all the buttonholes at least two times. This will help to secure the button to the fabric tightly.
Secure the thread on the back of the fabric with at least 2-3 in and out stiches as shown.
 

Knot the thread on the back of the fabric... 
 
and cut extra thread.

Done!!!!

I know it seems like a lot of STEPS but it's really worth it to
know and have the confidence to do it yourself.
